Barbara Joan Dion, 70, of Rapid City, died Fri, May 18, 2001, at her home.
Mrs. Dion was born in Flint on Jul 4, 1930, to Lee and Eula Henson Packer. She was the youngest of three children. On Jun 30, 1955, in Angola, IN, she was united in marriage with joseph Dion.
She loved her children and grandchildren. Her loving and generous spirit touched everyone she met.
Surviving are her husband, Joseph; stepsons, Michael and David Dion; daughters, Jodie Wheeler, Jill Tetreau, and Patsy Stumm; a sister, and many grandchildren.
A brother preceded her in death.
Memorial services will be held at 2 pm Sat, May 26, 2001, at The Peoples Church.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Munson Hospice.
Think of me at four o'clock each bright and sunny summer day. You will live in our hearts forever. YOu will never be forgotten. Although you were taken too soon, with many things unsaid and undone, we will always cherish our wonderful memories of you. You were a great wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
