Mrs. Barbara H. Fitzgerald, 73, a resident of Kalkaska for the past 21 years, died Jan 10, 1999, at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center.
Mrs. Fitzgerald resided in Pinckney before moving to Kalkaska.
She was a member of the Coldsprings-Excelsior Taxpayers Association, and enjoyed crafts and oil painting.
Born in Grand Rapids on Jul 23, 1925, she was the daughter Lawrence and Helen Carlin Hill. On Nov 20, 1946, in Wayne County, she married Norman Fitzgerald, who survives.
Also surviving are son Steve (Tina) Fitzgerald of Kalkaska; brother Lawrence (Marilyn) Hill of Florida; and grandchildren Jon Fitzgerald of Florida and Heidi and Benjamin Fitzgerald, both of Kalkaska.
Sisters Betty Hill and Elva Merryweather preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Thu, Jan 14, at Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 8 pm on Wednesday.
