Arthur E. Taylor, 46, of Wheeling, WV, died Sun, Jul 31, 2005. Arthur was a member of the Methodist Faith and an U.S. Army Veteran. He is preceded in death by his father, William F. Taylor Sr. Surviving is his mother, Dorothy E. Taylor of Wheeling, WV; sisters, Rosalie Sonya Taylor Dvorcek and her husband Carl of Jacksonville, FL, Michelle Lynn Taylor Luscre and her husband Mark of Dacula, GA; brother, William F. Taylor, Jr and his wife Dianna of Clermont, FL, and several nieces and nephews. Friends received Wed, Aug 3, 2005, 10 am to 12 pm at the McCoy-Altmeyer Funeral Home, 44 Fifteenth Street, Wheeling, where the funeral service will follow at 12 pm with Mr. Martin L Kuhn officiating. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery, Wheeling, WV at the convenience of the family.
