Alline Mae Ray Frymire Anderson, 78, of Kalkaska, passed away peacefully on Apr 27, 2005, at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center - Long Term Care.
Born on May 10, 1926, in Antrim, she was the daughter of Sidney and Margaret (Sparks) Ray.
Alline married Frank "Gooch" Frymire on May 29, 1945, in Mancelona and he preceded her in death on Dec 15, 1956. Later, she married Edgar Allen "Tim" Anderson on Jan 21, 1961, in Kalkaska and he also preceded her in death on Jun 5, 1973.
Alline was a member of the Evergreen Bible Baptist Church. She was a wonderful mother, mother in law, and grandma. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was especially proud of earning her high school diploma in 1979.
Surviving Alline are her children, Sydney Ray (Peter) McCarthy of Walsall, England, Thomas M (Roxane) Frymire of Grand Rapids, Daniel Eric Anderson of East Lake, and Richard Allen (Brenda) Anderson of Kalkaska; son in law, Ian Freake of England; eight grandchildren, Emma, Matthew (Jessica), Angela (Drew), Christina (Rich), Luke (Annie), Seth, David, and Timothy; nine great grandchildren, Hanuman, Zahra, Pasha, Dylana, Sy, Anya, Max, Eva, and Elliot; sisters, Mary Lueck of FL, Lillian Moore of FL, and Iris Haan of Grand Rapids; brother, Herbert "Hoop" Ray of Mancelona; and other special family members, too many to mention.
Alline was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank Frymire; her second husband, Edgar Allen Anderson; son, Charles Edward Anderson; and siblings, Matye Lakies, Oscar Meadows, Eleanore Hughey, Barbara Riddle, and Rodger Ray.
Visitation was Apr 29 at the Wolfe Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Apr 30 at the funeral home with the Rev. William Kuiper of the Evergreen Bible Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be at the Lodi Cemetery.
