Alice N. Graves, 70, of Mancelona, died Feb 15, 2001, at her home
Mrs. Graves was born in Mason on Nov 17, 1930, to John and Nina Scott Schutte. On Nov 6, 1948, in West Branch, she married Amos Graves.
Mrs. Graves resided in Holt until 1985, when she moved to Kalkaska County. She enjoyed collecting glassware adn salt and pepper shakers.
Surviving are her husband, Amos; brother, John Schutte of Pleasant Lake; sisters Marjorie Peters of Jerome, Nora Lardie of Las Vegas, NV, Frances Kraft of Jackson, Mabel Kranz, and Carol Hakes, both of Lansing and Joyce Vann of Detroit; and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Memorial services were Feb 20, at the Wolfe Funeral Home in Kalkaska; Rev. Bob Stark officiated.
The family requested no flowers, and memorial contributions may be made to Munson Hospice.
