Albert F. Berlin
1910 -1996
Albert Frank Berlin died Wednesday, April 10,
1996 at TenderCare -Saginaw. He was 86.
He was born March 24, 1910, the son of John
George and Elizabeth Sophia Berlin, and was a resident
of the Mayville and Fostoria area all his life. He married
Ruth McClellan in 1974 at Millington. She preceded him
in death on June 25,1985.
He retired from General Motors' Saginaw Steering
Gear in 1963. He was member of the U.A.W. and the
American Legion. He formerly attended Watertown
Center Missionary Church and enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by one sister, Pauline and husband
George Stratton of Fostoria. Besides his wife, he was also
predeceased by a brother, John in 1983, and two sisters,
Edna Berlin in 1976, and Edith Stephen in 1977.
Funeral services were held Fri., Apr. 12 at the Tiffin
Funeral Home in Mayville. The Rev. Robert Wall
officiated, with burial in the Watertown Township
Cemetery, Fostoria. Arrangements were made by Tiffin
Funeral Home, Inc., Mayville.
Memorials are suggested to the Watertown Center
Missionary Church or Fostoria Baptist Church.
