Adelbert Ringle, son of Emanuel and Rose (Martin) Ringle, was born Mar 17, 1878, in Gratiot County and died at the Carney-Wilcox-Miller hospital in Alma, where he had been for more than a week, on Sat, Aug 16, aged 69 years, 4 months and 29 days. He had been in ill health for several years but was able to get around until very recently and his death was a severe shock to his family and friends.
He was united in marriage in 1919 to Minnie I Ringle (Peterson), who survives him, and to their marriage was born one daughter, Bessie, who is now Mrs. Clifford Shaw, living in Hamilton Township. There are also five stepchildren, Ray of Lima, OH, Eli, Forest, and Berdsye of Lansing, and Gladys, who is Mrs. Joe Shaw of Ashley. There are 14 grandchildren and two brothers, Ernest and Will.
Funeral services will be held at the Ringle United Brethren Church in Hamilton Township Tue afternoon at 2.
