Aaron David Sabin of Oscoda died Thursday, Dec. 21, when the bicycle he was riding was struck by a car. He was 14.
Aaron was born Sept 1, 1975, in Traverse City and was a student at Richardson Junior High School in Oscoda.
He is survived by his parents, William Sabin of Holden, LA and Karen Beckner of Oscoda; stepfather, James Beckner of Oscoda; brothers Jason of Holden, and Jimmy and Joey of Oscoda; sister Sarah of Oscoda; paternal grandparents Harold and Alberta Sabin of Oscoda; maternal grandparents Howard and Vada Bloom of Oscoda; paternal great grandmother Dorothy Arquilla of Oscoda; maternal great grandmother Josephine Bloom of Oscoda; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services were held Tuesday, Dec 26, at St. John's Episcopal Church. Rev. G. John MacDonald officiated. Interment was at Pinecrest Cemetery.
Arrangements were handled by Gilbert-Buresh Funeral Home.
